Oracle Cloud Payroll/Time/Absence Support Analyst
Our client is one of the premier providers in the US of Oracle Cloud HCM consulting services, with a very high concentration of talent, and strong market presence.
The Managed Services team is looking for a Support Analyst to help provide support services to clients, which range across a wide variety of industries. The focus of this role is in assisting clients with Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence issues and configurations.
Requirements
- 2+ yrs Oracle Cloud HCM experience, with hands-on experience in at least ONE of: Payroll, Time & Labor (OTL), Absence
- Exceptional communication skills
- Business experience in Payroll is helpful, CPP a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
