Our client is a strong, stable multi-national firm based in Texas, looking for a strong Global Payroll Manager with Workday experience. The firm is currently undergoing a transition to Workday, from a multi-platform environment across business divisions, so any experience with ADP or other payroll platforms is a plus. It is also desirable to have Compensation experience. This is a full-time role.

Requirements:

• 10+ yrs experience in Payroll operations
• Experience with global payrolls
• At least 2 years using Workday Payroll
• Strong leadership skills
• Compensation plan design and implementation knowledge is a plus
