Oracle HCM Technical Reporting Specialist

This is a long-term contract opportunity, and requires strong Oracle HCM Reporting experience, including technologies like FDI, OTBI, BIP, SQL, etc. In this role you will be the sole individual responsible for advanced reporting projects within the HCM team. This is a very high-performing team and requires someone who is intuitive, collaborative, and productive.

This role is remote, and candidates MUST reside in the US or Canada.

Requirements:

• 5+ yrs Oracle HCM techno-functional background
• Proven track record of developing advanced reports within an Oracle HCM environment
• Well-versed in: SQL, BIP, OTBI, FDI
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to think strategically and understand the broader corporate needs in terms of HR reporting.
