Our client is undergoing a large HCM data transformation effort and seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Data Transformation Specialist. This is a techno-functional role focused on extracting and transforming large datasets from Oracle, including person records, performance data, etc.

Requirements:

• Min 5 yrs in a techno-functional role working with Oracle Cloud HCM data extractions, conversions, reporting, etc
• Adept at transforming datasets into a new format, with keen attention to detail and adherence to data integrity standards and procedures
• Solid communication skills, will be working with team members, business users, and others, possessing varying degrees of technical knowledge. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels.
• This is a REMOTE 6-7 Month CONTRACT opportunity. Candidate MUST be based in the US. Will start immediately.
