Life Sciences Industry Architect
Function: 

• Industry expert for life sciences supporting sales, marketing, alliances, and delivery
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications functionality as it relates to life science industry
• Ability to build and articulate best practices library for ERP, SCM, HCM, PPM within life science industry
• Help further refine Life Sciences strategy and define the approach/message to Life Science community including Oracle Sales Organization
• Identify key trends in life science industry and present to new and existing customers
• Work with sales, presales, marketing, and alliances to increase brand awareness within the Oracle sales and alliances teams, and increase opportunity volume
• Support new life science opportunities through presales
• Create life science industry collateral for use in sales, marketing, and presales
• Support thought leadership through marketing and social media as it relates to the life science industry
• Support the delivery teams, including computer system validation, to execute successful implementations for life science customers
• Support advisory engagements for life science customers
• Work with internal development teams to develop and maintain life science industry solutions

 Education: 
 Bachelor’s degree or higher
 
Related Experience: 

• Minimum of 5 years in Life Science experience in industry or consulting
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud/EBS Applications
• Able to work as Solution Architect while coordinating with other functional leaders and build end to end integrated solutions across all Oracle pillars 
• Knowledge of Life Science Industry Business Practices preferred
• Can design, develop and maintain project and business process documentation.
• Can articulate and document relevant industry best practices approaches and work with marketing team to develop content for sales and marketing
• Understands basic project management
• Ability to manage projects is desirable but not required
• Ability to participate in presales
