Account Management/POC for several clients, providing status updates to clients and within the firm, communicating clearly and positively, with constant drive to resolve client challenges satisfactorily.
Manage resource allocation with the Managed Services team to address clients needs, based upon priorities, skills, etc
Act a project manager for small-scale projects (e.g. year end reporting; ERP integrations, etc)
Requirements:
5+ yrs minimum within the Oracle landscape, either as a BA, Consultant, or Project Manager
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Oracle Cloud knowledge, ideally Cloud Financials or Supply Chain/SCM
Ability to multi-task and ability to assess and organize priorities
