HR Systems Delivery Coordinator
This is a REMOTE, CONTRACT role functioning across the HRIS and HR organization as they move through a multi-stage transition to the Oracle Cloud HCM platform. This is NOT a role focused on the Oracle system and as such, Oracle experience is NOT REQUIRED (but nice to have).
What is required, is STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL and COMMUNICATION SKILLS, and a PROACTIVE MINDSET to be effective in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain work pipeline to ensure activities are prioritized and fulfilled in alignment with Delivery Manager, Vended SDM, PMO, business stakeholder needs and corporate processes.
- Organize and escalate high priority items.
- Partner with PMO Tower to ensure full process support, alignment, and cohesive execution.
- Partner with the Change Management team to ensure all program/project communications are aligned with the CM activities.
- Assist testing coordination and timing between Support and PMO.
- Assist upgrade planning and coordination.
- SDLC Lead for HR Operations.
- Partner with Senior Compliance Analyst to align with all required SDLC and compliance requirements.
- Support testing activities through the following activities; playbook creation, follow up items, retest closure, evidence capture and management.
- Prepare and support operational metrics and presentations.
