Our client, a global medical products firm, is underway in moving to Oracle Cloud HCM and has a need for a strong HRIS Analyst with Oracle Cloud HCM background. This is a CONTRACT role and is remote. Candidates must reside in the US. ** No third parties! **

Responsibilities will be varied, working across the HRIS team on a variety of projects:

• Working with the SI on discovery and design sessions
• Functional testing and issue tracking
• Presenting project status to executives, working throughout the team from developers to functional leads.
• Communicating with users on process flow, issues, etc

Requirements:

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM, ideally Core HR, Security
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users, teammates, executives, and consultants
• Intuitive nature, able to grasp issues quickly and anticipate next steps
