Marketing Automation Manager (Marketo)

Our client is a fast-growing advanced medical technology firm, and searching for a strong Marketing Automation Manager with solid Marketo experience and a track record of success. This is a full-time role, can be based anywhere in the continental US.

As a key driver of the company's growth-oriented goals, the Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for leading digital strategy focused on the company’s growing product portfolio across multiple business lines. This hands-on position will define, execute and report on winning digital marketing strategies, engaging creative, modern digital marketing tools and tactics. This individual has a deep knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, particularly regarding marketing automation using Adobe Marketo, as well as search, content, and other inbound marketing tactics. The individual in this role will work closely with other members of the marketing team to collaborate on the development of programs and campaigns, and then translate and apply those assets to cultivate and grow the company's digital identity and footprint for optimal impact on demand generation. This is a highly-visible and collaborative role and presents a unique opportunity to integrate modern marketing techniques and strategic digital approaches to generate positive momentum and drive revenue.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business or a related field
  • 3-5 years digital marketing, technology marketing, or related experience 
  • Proven success in collaborating with marketing and sales teams to execute on digital/inbound programs that had a quantifiable impact on the pipeline
  • Extensive expertise using Adobe Marketo 
  • An individual who takes initiative with a keen attention to detail, makes things happen, accepts accountability and has a positive, can-do attitude; has a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute on deadlines, and ability to produce effectively on a remote basis
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex/intangible products effectively
  • Ability to listen and value others’ opinions while constructively providing strategic guidance
  • Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
  • Strong people management and development skills
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication and written skills
