Global Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

Our client has 20+ year history of growth and success in Oracle consulting, having grown from humble beginnings to a global provider of Oracle Cloud consulting services, with over 1200 employees and hundreds of clients across a variety of industries. The HCM practice is growing and currently searching for a Global Oracle Cloud HCM Lead functional consultant. This is a full-time role, remote-based, with possibility of 25-30% travel.

In this role you will act as the primary functional HCM consultant on global Cloud HCM implementation projects, leading client design sessions, UAT, and go-live efforts. This is a very collaborative culture where you will be expected to be a leader but also actively collaborate with and mentor others.

Requirements

• min 5+ yrs experience in Oracle HCM consulting
• at least 5 end-to-end projects, with experience as a Lead consultant on at least 1 project
• can-do, helpful attitude that meshes well with our team and collaborative culture
• excellent communication skills
• ability to travel 25-30% if needed
