Job Description:
Strong Functional Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, hands-on experience with some of the following modules: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Performance, Recruiting.
- Advise clients on the best practices around HCM Cloud Applications and Technologies
- Help clients with Oracle Cloud upgrades and roadmaps
- Lead developers, customer resources, partners and offshore teams as applicable
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud is a huge plus
- Knowledge on Documentation Standards and Methodologies.
- Should have at least 5 years of Work Experience in HR domain.
- Should be able to handle and support the teams.
- Should show ease in communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
Skills and Experience
- Oracle Cloud HCM (some of: Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation)
- 4-5+ Years of Functional experience in HCM Modules with at least 1-3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong business communication and consulting skills. Should be capable of talking to customers and High Profile Business Users.
