Business Analyst - Cloud Solutions

Small, growing firm is seeking a Business Analyst with solid business/process automation experience to help guide clients in the use of Cloud technology, and how to best leverage that technology to produce positive business results for the client. We can teach you the Cloud technology piece, but we need you to bring exceptional communication skills, ability to empathize with clients, a strong understanding of business automation, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze and understand how to drill down to the core business problem and then guide change/technology adverse users to embrace the new Cloud-based tools and processes.
  • Deliver solution that aligns with the customer’s business needs and requirements (discuss benefits and risks)
  • Define an approach and guide the customer end-users on improving their process while using their existing Office 365 environment
  • Provide continued guidance, updates, and leadership to increase Office 365 productivity gains and adoption
  • Provide support to sales and marketing with content and demos to help drive customer awareness of what our firm  and Office 365 can do for them
  • Understand, capture, and articulate a customer’s existing business process
  • Guide managers and users through a new process and “coach” them through the new experience
  • Deliver remote workshops and user sessions using video and screensharing
  • Work together with a department project coordinator to successfully complete a project
  • Provide configuration recommendation and assistance to other solution deployment team members
  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of common business processes
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Strong learning aptitude and ability to learn new technologies independently
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude towards change and ability to adapt
Bonus points for any of the following:
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Groups, Planner, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Experience managing and leading Microsoft SharePoint
  • Technical knowledge of Azure, Office 365, Cloud technologies in general
  • Technical knowledge with REST, SOAP, SAML, OAuth
  • Technical knowledge with SharePoint, Flow, Zapier, IFTTT
